I submit the contents of the new Act 170, exit with the Official Gazette 244, on the DSA (dyslexia).

In particular Art. 6, paragraph 1 and 2 provides the right for the families of children with learning difficulties, to take advantage of flexible working hours, then it bounces on the question of "national collective agreements in the relevant spheres of work" ... Article 6


Measures for family members
1. Family members until the first grade students of the first cycle
education with specific learning difficulties involved in helping activities'
school at home are entitled to take advantage of flexible working hours
.
2. The mode 'for exercising the right referred to in paragraph 1 shall be determined by national collective agreements
working
sectors concerned and must not involve new or increased burdens on public finances
.
